Tres Cha-Chas es una figura de cha-cha de pareja construida a partir de chassés compactos repetidos, que extiende la característica acción rápida-rápida de la danza en tres unidades sucesivas de “cha-cha” mientras conserva la estructura subyacente de rock-step-y-chassé del vocabulario del cha-cha.[1] La figura normalmente se enseña en el cha-cha de salón y de estudio como una acción viajera controlada: el líder moldea la dirección y el marco, mientras que la seguidora mantiene un uso de pies en espejo y acompasa los pequeños chassés laterales o progresivos sin ser jalada más allá del equilibrio. If the figure travels, progress gradually across all three chasses rather than sending the follower in one large step. Maintain only small body shaping; there is no required net turn unless a syllabus variation adds it.

On 2, mirror the leader with the opposite foot and the same body-relative break or replace action; on 3, recover. Dance the three cha-cha chasses on 4-and-1, 2-and-3, and 4-and-1, matching the leader's direction and size while keeping independent balance. The follower should not anticipate a spin or slot crossing unless the lead clearly changes the figure into a separate turn variation.

- Making the three chasses too large, which breaks cha-cha's compact rhythm and pulls the partner off axis.
