Bulla es una llamada corta de rueda de casino en la que el círculo añade un zapateo percusivo y una respuesta gritada mientras las parejas mantienen el básico de casino y el espaciado subyacentes.[1] Pertenece al vocabulario de rueda dirigido por el cantante de llamadas: las parejas bailan en círculo, responden a las figuras anunciadas y mantienen conciencia tanto de su pareja como de la formación grupal.[2] Mecánicamente, Bulla no es un intercambio cruzado ni un patrón de giro; es un acento superpuesto al tiempo de estilo guapea, de modo que el/la líder y el/la seguidor/a continúan con un trabajo de pies especular, por lo general separándose entre sí en el primer compás y reencontrándose en el segundo. La llamada refleja el carácter social y comunitario de la rueda, en el cual las llamadas sincronizadas, la organización de la pareja y la respuesta grupal son elementos centrales de esta forma de baile.[3] Dado que las llamadas de rueda varían según la ciudad, el/la maestro/a y la escena local, es mejor entender Bulla como una llamada con nombre propio cuyo número exacto de zapateos y cuya vocalización pueden fijarse localmente, en lugar de tratarla como una figura universalmente estandarizada de ocho tiempos.[4]

Líder
In open rueda position, continue the casino basic. On 1-2-3 the leader breaks back on the left, replaces, and returns without pulling the follower forward. On 5-6-7 the leader completes the second half of the basic while adding the called stomp or vocal accent at the caller's placement, keeping the circle spacing and partner connection stable.
Seguidor
In open rueda position, continue the mirrored casino basic. On 1-2-3 the follower breaks back on the right, replaces, and returns without treating the call as forward travel through a slot. On 5-6-7 the follower completes the second half of the basic while matching the called stomp or vocal accent at the caller's placement, keeping the couple aligned with the rueda.
Tiempo musicalBest at moderate social rueda tempos, roughly 150-185 bpm. At 190 bpm and above the stomp and shout should be compact so the basic timing and circle spacing remain intact.

Errores comunes
- Treating Bulla as a travelling partner figure instead of a percussive group accent.
- Breaking on mismatched feet: the leader and follower should mirror each other, with both breaking away from their own bodies on the break count.
- Letting the stomp disrupt timing so the next 5-6-7 or 1-2-3 arrives late.
- Shouting or stamping so strongly that connection, balance, or circle spacing is lost.
- Assuming one teacher's accent placement is universal across all rueda scenes.
