Enchufla con Clave es una llamada de rueda de casino: una figura de pareja se ejecuta en sincronía con el círculo circundante después de que quien canta la rueda da la señal, dentro de una forma de baile organizada en torno a múltiples parejas y cambios frecuentes de pareja.[1] Su base es Enchufla, una reorientación compacta con giro a la izquierda para la seguidora bajo la mano conectada, seguida por una palmada acentuada en clave o una pausa marcada antes de la siguiente acción de rueda. En un conteo estándar de casino On1, el primer compás coloca el quiebre en 1: el líder rompe hacia atrás con la izquierda mientras la seguidora rompe hacia atrás con la derecha, luego el líder abre el carril y guía a la seguidora hacia una reorientación a la izquierda, en sentido antihorario, de aproximadamente media vuelta para el 3. El segundo compás rompe en 5, completa para el 7 la resolución de volver a quedar de frente o de transferencia de pareja, y usa la marcación de clave como puntuación rítmica más que como una vuelta adicional con desplazamiento. Rueda de Casino se asocia con la práctica cubana de casino y suele describirse como una formación en círculo, o rueda; varias historias generales sitúan su desarrollo en ámbitos de clubes sociales de La Habana a mediados del siglo XX.[2]

ConteoOn1 casino/rueda count: one break per measure, on 1 and 5. First measure: 1 break, 2 replace, 3 Enchufla reorientation. Second measure: 5 break, 6 replace or collect, 7 resolve and mark the clave accent. Counts 4 and 8 are holds or rhythmic claps according to the local call.
Líder
On 1-2-3, break back on the left, replace, and raise the connected lead hand while opening slightly to guide the follower's left, counter-clockwise Enchufla reorientation; the first half uses roughly a half-turn budget for the follower, ending with both partners prepared to re-face or transfer. On 5-6-7, break once on 5, resolve the connection and circle alignment by 7, and mark the clave accent with claps or a held rhythmic punctuation according to the caller's local convention.
Seguidor
On 1-2-3, break back on the right, replace, and pass under the connected hand into a left, counter-clockwise Enchufla reorientation of roughly a half turn, keeping the turn compact and centered in the rueda spacing. On 5-6-7, break once on 5, complete the re-facing or partner-change resolution by 7, and answer the leader's timing with the same clave-accented clap or marked pause used by the set.
Tiempo musicalBest at moderate casino social tempos around 150-185 bpm, where the Enchufla turn and clave marking can both be placed cleanly. Around 190 bpm and above, the clap or pause becomes a fast-end accent and should stay compact.

Ten cuidado
Errores comunes
- Treating the follower's count 1 as a forward break instead of a back break on the right foot.
- Adding a second break inside the same measure instead of breaking once on 1 and once on 5.
- Turning the follower to the right; Enchufla is a left, counter-clockwise reorientation.
- Letting the clave clap replace the weight change, which leaves the couple late for the count-5 break.
- Under-rotating the Enchufla so the follower cannot re-face or transfer cleanly by 7.
- Using large slot-style travel that distorts the rueda circle spacing.
