About the night

As the successor to the most traditional milonga in the Rhine-Main region ("Milonga am Mittwoch"), this event now takes place on Thursdays as Noche Azul. Rotating DJs provide an excellent, traditional music selection. The dance level is generally good to excellent, though ambitious newcomers willing to adapt to the flow of the dance floor are of course also welcome. Visitors should know how invitations work via mirada and cabeceo. When entering the ronda — after the first roughly twenty seconds of the tanda — please make eye contact with the leader of the couple you want to fall in line behind, and only enter afterward.
