Child Safety Standards

Bailar, Inc., a Delaware corporation (successor by statutory conversion effective May 4, 2026 to Bailar LLC, a Florida limited liability company) (“Bailar,” “we,” “us”) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These Child Safety Standards describe how we prohibit child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”), how we detect and remove it, how we report it to the authorities, and how anyone can report a concern to us. They apply to every user and to all content and interactions on the Bailar app and website, including profiles, photos, videos, comments, reviews, event and studio listings, and direct messages.

1. ZERO-TOLERANCE PROHIBITION

CSAE and CSAM are strictly prohibited. You may not create, upload, post, store, share, link to, request, solicit, facilitate, or distribute any content or conduct that sexually abuses, sexually exploits, endangers, or sexualizes a minor (any person under 18). This prohibition is absolute and includes, without limitation:

(a) child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including real, animated, computer-generated, or AI-generated imagery;
(b) sexualization of minors, including sexualized commentary, captions, or depictions;
(c) grooming, enticement, or sextortion of a minor, or any attempt to do so;
(d) solicitation, trafficking, or facilitation of sexual contact with a minor;
(e) sharing or threatening to share intimate imagery of a minor; and
(f) any other content or behavior that endangers a child.

There is no exception to this policy. Any account involved in CSAE or CSAM is permanently terminated.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 13 years old everywhere, and at least the higher minimum age that applies in your country. Bailar applies a per-country minimum-age floor (summarized in Privacy Policy Section 9.1): the floor is higher than 13 in many jurisdictions, and in several countries the Service is not available to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly create accounts for, collect personal information from, or otherwise process information about anyone under 13. All new users must provide their birth month and year before completing sign-up, and accounts that resolve to an age below the applicable floor are not created. Users identified as 13–17 receive age-appropriate protections by default, including a private account, restricted discoverability and messaging, coarsened location, and a clamped sensitive-content setting, as described in our Privacy Policy. This per-country minimum-age approach is the same one described in our Terms of Service (Section 1.1) and Privacy Policy (Section 9.1).

3. HOW WE DETECT AND REMOVE CSAE

Automated and human review. Bailar uses automated processing to detect, flag, and prevent CSAM and CSAE, and trained personnel review flagged content and reports. Content identified as CSAM or CSAE is removed promptly.

Account termination. Any user who engages in CSAE or shares CSAM is permanently banned. We preserve the relevant content and account data as required by law to support reporting and investigations.

4. REPORTING TO NCMEC AND LAW ENFORCEMENT

Bailar reports apparent CSAM to the CyberTipline of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (“NCMEC”) as required by U.S. federal law, 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. NCMEC coordinates with law enforcement in the United States and internationally. We cooperate fully with NCMEC and with law enforcement investigating the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, including by responding to valid legal process and preserving evidence.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement immediately. In the United States you may also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

5. HOW TO REPORT CSAE IN THE APP

In-app reporting. Every user, post, photo, video, comment, review, event, studio, and message in Bailar can be reported. Open the item, choose “Report,” and select “Child safety / endangerment of a minor.” Reports submitted under this reason are routed at the highest severity for immediate review and, where CSAM is apparent, reported to NCMEC.

Blocking. You can block any user from their profile to immediately stop all contact and hide their content from you. Blocking a user does not withdraw a report — reports are reviewed independently.

You do not need an account to alert us — anyone can email the contact below.

This is the same designated contact identified in our Terms of Service for CSAM reporting. We prioritize child-safety reports and act on them as quickly as possible.

7. COMPLIANCE

These Standards reflect Bailar’s commitment to comply with applicable child-safety laws and with the child-safety requirements of the platforms that distribute our app, including the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and Apple’s App Store guidelines. They supplement our Terms of Service (Section 13, Child Safety and CSAM Reporting), our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy (Children’s Privacy and Teen Protections). Where any of those documents address the same subject, the strongest protection for children applies.

8. CHANGES

We may update these Standards from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
