Our Kizomba Connection (OKC)

A couple of weeks ago, when we were still free to meet, to dance, to roam the streets of Amsterdam... we shot a video to express our passion, to show what we love to do! A collaboration between @okconnection, @annathekiz, and the amazing @joeyartwork Hang in there, we'll feel that connection soon again! The workshop was all about this almost mystical term GINGA! We started off with a historical and cultural journey followed by sets of exercises to work on key ginga movements, and we topped it up with a sweet choreo on heels so all the ladies could shine! These ladies know now that #ginga is NOT only about the hips movement. It is AS MUCH about their personality, attitude, confidence, style, self-presentation, power... Remember, QUEEN Nzinga!
